You can now set up our own users for your brands. If there is someone that has been missed or new staff joining the team they can be added through a few simple steps:
1. Log into your dashboard.
2. Once you are in, click the "users" in the right-hand corner, as seen in the picture below.
3. Once you are on the user page, you can first search the email to see if it is in the system. Note if the email already exists it will not allow you to create a new one.
If the user already exists, like the image below, you can edit to change the brands that are associated with the user or add another brand, or even delete the user completely.
If you select edit, you can add in the relevant fields. However please note that you must add in a phone number to avoid an error.
4. If it is a new user, then select "create user". And you will be directed to the page below. Please note that the email address is case sensitive, so when adding an email address make sure there are no capital letters. The password is also cap sensitive, so please make sure you note what password you have set and let the new user know.
5. Once you have filled in all of the fields, press "save and exit". And you can pass the login information to the new user.
