We have updated the permissions of use of the Click Frenzy logo and asset pack. Please read the below for eligibility.  


License to Use Registered Click Frenzy Trademarks

The words Click Frenzy and all versions of the Click Frenzy logo are fully registered trademarks owned by Click Frenzy. Usage of these trademarks is prohibited at all times, except with the express permission of Click Frenzy Pty Ltd.


Any retailer participating in any Click Frenzy campaign will be required to obtain express permission from Click Frenzy Pty Ltd for a license to use the words Click Frenzy and the Click Frenzy logo and associated branding


Please note the following:

  • Any usage of the words Click Frenzy and/or the Click Frenzy logo is restricted to the Sunday before a Click Frenzy campaign through to a period 24 hours beyond the conclusion of the campaign. Any extension to this timeframe must be approved in writing by Click Frenzy.

Entry Level (tier 3) retailers participating in Click Frenzy are allowed to use the logo:

  • Only on dedicated landing pages on the retailer’s website

Are not authorised to use the Click Frenzy logo:

  • On the Retailer’s website homepage
  • In Emails to the Database of the Retailer
  • In Social Media of the Retailer, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
  • In TV Promotions, in-store promotions, Digital Promotions or 3rd party affiliate platforms including Marketplaces

The above forms part of the terms and conditions of Click Frenzy. Any misuse involving the word mark Click Frenzy and the trademarked Click Frenzy logos is expressly forbidden. Click Frenzy monitors the usage of its trademarks carefully and will vigorously defend its intellectual property, including instigating legal action where infringements occur.


Why has this been modified?
Click Frenzy values the participation of retailers who invest in Click Frenzy events and campaigns. The words Click Frenzy and the Click Frenzy logos are highly valued assets that continue to grow in value each year, and this policy is intended to deliver maximum benefit and protection for retailers paying a premium to participate in Click Frenzy events.


We will continue to deliver value for Entry Level and low package retailers in presenting those offers to the Click Frenzy audience via www.clickfrenzy.com.au, but we will be restricting the usage of the valuable Click Frenzy wordmark and logos to retailers making a significant investment in Click Frenzy campaigns.
