New as of this event,  all retailers are able to unlock content before and during the event so it is important to understand the process. 

Before the event, we ask that you have your content in by deadline so that we can review all of the content with enough time to for you to make changes if needed. 

Once the content is submitted for approval our proofing team reviews the content and all going well we change the status to APPROVED. If it is not approved we will set the status to DECLINED and follow up with an email explaining what changes need to made or confirmed before approving. 

During the event, when you unlock the deal it will not be on the live site. 

The status then changes to OPEN, you make your changes. During this time the deal will not appear on the website.  

You then need to SUBMIT FOR APPROVAL. Once this is done, the proofing team will review the content and set the status to APPROVED that your deal will RE-APPEAR on the site. 

Our team will be working hard to make sure content is reviewed quickly and efficiently so that your deals will be back on site.   It is recommended that if urgent changes need to be made during the event - email the proofing team to be added to the queue.
