The proofing  process starts once the material deadline has closed.

The content that will be proofed is the content in the status of AWAITING APPROVAL. 

The content will then be in the queue for review. Once the content is successfully reviewed the status of the content changes to APPROVED. All content that is in the APPROVED status will be published to the site.
